Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is physical treatment delivered by a registered Physiotherapist to help reduce pain, restore range of movement and function and help improve quality of life. This is done by examination, evaluation, understanding your perception and expectation, giving a clinical diagnosis and delivering treatment.

How can I help you improve your health?

Nicola graduated from University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011. She began her career in New Zealand where she worked in a busy private practice for 3 years before moving to the UK 2015. Here she worked within various London NHS Trusts before joining Nuffield Health in 2017. 

She has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, including sporting and non-sporting injuries, spinal pain and post-operative conditions. She employs a hands-on approach to treatment in combination with exercise and education to enable her clients to achieve their goals.
