Ashleigh Bennett - Fitness and Programme Manager

I have always had an interest in fitness and worked in the industry since college. Over the years my own sporting interests have changed and now you find me on the hills competing in ultra-marathons.
I feel that PT should be varied and personal to you!  As we all have different goals in life that can change along the way.

“Choose your goal and actively work towards it”

Mark Fryer - Senior Wellbeing Advisor

I have exercised for more years than I care to remember and don’t intend on stopping any time soon.

I have been a PT for 15 years and have successfully trained many clients of all ranges, from weight loss to weight gain, to sports specific.

I offer straight forward advice, no nonsense, no  latest fad, just good stuff that works!!

“Self-delusion is pulling in your stomach when you step on the scales”

Dave Pritchard - Wellbeing Advisor

I’ve worked in the leisure industry for over 20 years. My main sports are football and cricket but recently golf and running.

During PT sessions I will provide you with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support and motivation on exercise routines and small lifestyle changes you need achieve your own Health & Fitness goals.

We are always looking for the new machine, new routine, quick fix diet, but what works long term isn't quick. Move daily, form good nutritional habits and the results will come.

“Progression over perfection”

Rebecca Quinn - Wellbeing Advisor

I am a recently qualified Personal Trainer. I chose to train as a PT as I live and breathe nutrition and exercise. I am a Type 1 diabetic that love to run distances. I like to push my own mind and body to its max and to challenge myself.

I aim to put the clients into a new mind set, changes happen in the mind, in the kitchen and in the gym.

Have the motivation to change and become a better version of yourself!

“If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you”

Jodie Tagg - Wellbeing Advisor

I have trained in the fitness industry for some time, which has led me to become a personal trainer.

My main sport is CrossFit, which is functional fitness, involving CV as well as weight training. Challenging the body in different ways, giving plenty of variation.

We are all individuals with different ambitions. With this in mind I would structure your personal training session according to your own goals.

“It’s just you against you”
