I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss and event training.

My philosophy is "knowledge is power". I make sure each session is as informative as possible in order to help clients gain a better understanding about exercising and healthy eating. I specialise in fat loss, strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation. Each session is specific to that individual and tailored towards their goals whatever they may be.
