As an ex-accountant, coming from a heavily sedentary job, I understand how it can affect the lifestyle, nutritional intake and overall wellbeing of my clients.

I made the change to work in the fitness industry with a focus to help others achieve their own goals through personalised plans, nutritional guidance and motivation. I have exceptional knowledge and experience having trained myself for years for mainly long endurance and stamina-focused events, such as Open water swimming events, half marathons, marathons and aquathlons, I thrive off of people who want to challenge themselves.
