With over 15 years' experience in various combat sports I believe I can bring different training methods to insure you achieve your goals. You’re only as strong as your mind-set.

After years of participating in a wide range of sports, especially football. I’ve developed a positive and determined attitude when working towards my goals and have taken the step into Personal Training and I take great pride in seeing and helping others achieve their goals. I really enjoy personal development and see this as key to educating and gaining qualifications to further enhance my experience and knowledge and be on top of the latest research and development when it comes to personal training. This will allow me to give the best service to clients to achieve goals together.

Martin has 20 years of experience working alongside athletes and clients as well as professional elite sports teams in rugby and football. He specialises in helping clients reach their goals, whatever they may be. He is passionate about Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting and can help whether a total beginner, novice or athlete. Do not hesitate to contact Martin for more information on body transformation or fat loss.

I decided to take my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification as I have the experience and skills to help you both physically and mentally to reach your goals. How can I help you improve your health?

Jez has a military background having been in the Army. He loved the physical aspect of the job and has always been keen on sport and exercise.

From working in logistics in the Army, Jez has spent 30 years managing a logistics warehouse.

Always wanting to get into an exercise-based career, he took the plunge during the pandemic and signed up for his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

He is a great addition to the team and already has a number of Fitness related courses under his belt.
