I have spent my entire life committed to fitness and I have learnt a great deal in the 11 years I have been training and feel confident in helping any individual get the results they want. I have a varied background in all things health-related and take a holistic approach to support my clients. I focus on factors such as sleep, stress, hormonal changes and nutrition alongside specified training to maximise results. Whether you are an athlete or recovering from illness I can help you improve in a way which is meaningful to you! 

I have a BSc in Nutrition and an MSc in Performance Nutrition, and I am studying for an MSc in Public Health. I am also a Level 4 GP referral (specialising in diabetes management and obesity) and am currently delivering the Joint Pain Programme and working towards my Cardiac Rehabilitation award.
