I specialise in Athletic performance and injury prevention/rehabilitation training. With a football background, playing on a professional level, I've been through many injuries, knee ligament injuries, muscle strains and lower back pain. With this in mind I tailor programmes around injuries so you can still achieve your goals such as weight loss.

I am interested in sport, the impact of food on our health, appearance and general well-being. My motto is if you can imagine a goal you will be able to achieve it and I can help you do just that.

Junior has played semi pro football for 9 years, he loves to train like an athlete using only his own body weight for resistance. He believes working hard and having dedication is key to achieving his goals. His motto is ‘Train, Eat, Sleep, Repeat’.

I work with a lot of clients to help them with their weight loss goals. I have also competed in powerlifting so I know how to prep for a competition. I can work well building strength or creting that hourglass figure that every girl is looking for.
