How can I help you improve your health?

My aim as a personal trainer is to help you reach your goals, increase confidence and make training enjoyable. I have great passion for helping others achieve their goals and see the benefits of exercise both physical and mental. Having studied sport psychology, I have learned about the potential challenges you may face and the solutions to help you work towards your goals whilst enjoying the process. I have great experience in training clients of all ages and abilities, so whether you are a beginner or someone with experience who is looking for improvements- I can help you!

I am a hardworking, focused and highly motivated individual who can provide excellent support to help you on your journey of physical and mental wellbeing. As an ex- semi-pro athlete with years of sporting background, I have dealt with many injuries, and struggled with physical and mental barriers, so I believe I can be that person to help you overcome them too.

How can I help you improve your health?

As a personal trainer, my aim is to help people achieve their goals in health and fitness and I like to focus on functional and performance-based training. I like incorporating my experience and time as an infantry soldier into workouts to make each session interesting and exciting. Additional to personal training I am also qualified in obesity and diabetes management through exercise and nutrition coaching.

I have always loved being involved with physical activity, especially exercise in the gym or playing Rugby. During my time studying Sport and Exercise Science at university, and when qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I developed a real passion for helping others to move and feel at their best. I take pride in my communication skills and am happy to accommodate any training or health needs, whatever your training goals may be. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or whether you are looking to gain a final edge on your performance, it would be my pleasure to be at your side.
